Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

Viewcraft El Monte Sunrooms & Patios, elmontesunroomsandpatios.com, hello@elmontesunroomsandpatios.com

Accepting these terms

These terms cover your use of the Viewcraft El Monte Sunrooms & Patios website and any estimate, quote or scheduling request you make through it, by phone or through our contact form. By using the site or asking us for a quote, you agree to them.

If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You can still call us at (626) 416-2088 with questions before you decide anything.

What we offer

We're a sunroom contractor in El Monte, CA, and we design and build sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen rooms, patio covers and related work for homes in El Monte and the cities around it. You can read more about who we are on our About page, and the services we offer are listed on our home page.

The descriptions, photos and examples on this site are general information. They aren't an offer for any specific job, because every house, lot and project is different. What we'll build for you, and how, is set out only in the written contract we both sign.

Estimates and pricing

We give free quotes on site, and there's no pressure to book. A quote is based on what we can see and measure during the visit, so it's an estimate of the work and not a final price until it's written into a signed contract.

Prices can change if the scope changes, if you pick different materials or options, or if we find conditions once the job is open that no one could see beforehand, such as damaged framing, footing problems or hidden plumbing or wiring. When that happens, we'll explain what we found and agree on any change with you in writing before we do the extra work.

A quote is good for the period written on it. After that, we may need to update it because material costs and our schedule change.

Scheduling and cancellation

Start dates and timelines are our best estimate when we set them. Weather, material deliveries, inspections and approvals from your city or county can move the schedule, and we'll keep you posted when they do.

If you need to reschedule a visit or a start date, please call or message us as early as you can so we can give the slot to someone else. Your right to cancel a signed contract, and any cancellation notice the law gives you, will be set out in that contract, and we follow California law on cancellation.

Payment terms

Your contract lists the total price, any deposit, the payment schedule and the payment methods we accept. We don't ask for more up front than California law allows.

Payments are due on the dates or project stages the contract names. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's made, and the contract will say whether any late fees apply.

Warranties and disclaimers

Any warranty on our work is the one written into your signed contract. Materials and products such as glass, frames, roofing panels and vinyl carry their makers' warranties, and those makers set their own terms.

The information on this website is provided as is, for general use. We work to keep it accurate, but we don't promise it's complete or current, and you shouldn't rely on it in place of an on-site estimate or advice about your own house.

Limits on our liability

To the extent California law allows, Viewcraft El Monte Sunrooms & Patios isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this website, or from relying on general information on it.

Our responsibility for a construction project is governed by your signed contract and by California law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Settling a disagreement

If something isn't right, call us first at (626) 416-2088 or reach us through our Contact page. Most problems get sorted out quickly once we're talking, so we ask that you give us a fair chance to fix things before taking other steps.

If we can't settle it between us, either side may use the dispute process written into the contract or take the matter to a court with authority over it in Los Angeles County, California.

California law applies

These terms, and any dispute about this website or our services, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the new version is posted on this page and applies from that point on.

Changes to these terms don't alter a contract you've already signed with us. That contract stays as written unless we both agree to change it.
